Every morning we have a staff meeting before camp. We study the Word, discuss how to better camp, and spend time in prayer.
After the staff meeting we all go outside to our gathering point and start singing. I don't like to use bells or whistles to get everyone together. I believe that if we sing, they will come. So this picture is of the staff right after staff meeting singing and dancing as they await the campers to show up and start camp.
