Jessica, Justin, and Brook in front of a huge Bao bob tree! This is my fifth official Safari, but I never tire of seeing God's amazing Creation!
Here are some fun pictures of the things that we saw. It may take a couple days to upload them all as the internet is truly African - "No Hurry." I don't think that all of these will need an explanation as most of you know what animal you are seeing:)
a young baboon in the tree
Impala, the most common animal by far!
Anyone that goes on a safari wants to see a lion. The drivers of the various companies stop each other to see if anyone has news of a lion. When our driver was the first to spot the lion, he quickly called his buddies on their cellphones and let them know. Some of the groups were lucky enough to see them, others came after they moved and lay down in the high grass. If you didn't know exactly where to look, you couldn't spot the ears sticking up. We are thankful that we were able to see these two while they were still in the open.

we almost missed this mama and her baby. The Reed bucks were hidden well.
Contrary to popular belief, this is a Cape Buffalo, not a Water Buffalo!
