Just the Beginning

  Knowing the need for ministry with youth in our local churches, we are working on setting some goals and vision.  Meeting with the Youth director and seeing how we can reach the most areas without wasting limited resources.

  The beginning it so train leaders. Local church leaders need to know the importance of this ministry. To explain this means having time to meet with them. Once we meet with local church leaders, we can get their support and this is the only way to have youth in each church learning God’s word.  If God’s people do not learn God’s word, the church will not grow. 
  After meeting with pastors and elders from local churches we will encourage them to find someone in their congregation to help teach the Youth. Then we can train them. 
   Of course all this is what would happen in the perfect world!  Sadly, in young churches there are not enough qualified leaders to fill such spots. We know this may not happen in all the churches right away, but we want to help them to see what should be.
  This is the beginning. This is where we will start. This is what we will work toward. This will take years and we will encounter many trials along the way, but we will strive toward this Goal.
