pictures speak a thousand words, but if only the internet were fast enough to put video up…. Sometimes it is so cool to just sit and watch the animals. this safari had a few such highlights: we saw a giraffe with a huge scab on his side, an elephant pulling up clumps of grass by using his/her foot to kick at it and loosen it before shaking the dirt off and putting in it’s mouth, we saw a one-armed baboon, Hippos way out of the water, zebra drinking, impala warily watching a sleeping lion nearby, ….
