These six pastors and their wives will be running this year's Marriage Camps.
They came for 3 days in the end of April to learn and practice what they will go and teach.
One of the things that they will be teaching is how to make sock puppets and then how to use them to share the Gospel with their own children.
We also have games that they play. One of them is to see if you can discern their spouse's leg. I have some funny videos of the game. Everyone got it right!
Over the past couple weeks I've had men come and work on cutting grass for me. Their goal, to earn the $3.50 it will cost to go to camp with their wives. (They will also add some corn and beans to the fee.)
Can you see the size of the blade they use to cut the grass? 6 inches by 1-2 inches. It takes a while to get the yard done, let alone the field behind the house. Every year I save this work for those looking for money for Marriage and Youth Camp.
